SALON POLICIES 💜 To ensure a smooth, relaxing experience for every client, please review the following salon policies before booking: Children Policy Services are available for children ages 10 and up. If your child has an appointment, one parent/guardian is welcome to remain in the suite or wait in the seating area outside. No Extra Guests To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, no additional guests or children are allowed during appointments unless they are being serviced. No Food Policy Due to the size of the suite and to maintain cleanliness, no food is permitted during your appointment. Drinks with secure lids are welcome. Respecting the Space Olive & Co Hair Studio is a private, one-on-one salon experience. Please be mindful of noise levels and help maintain a peaceful environment for all clients.

At Olive & Co Hair Studio, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other clients, the following policy applies: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. No grace period on Saturdays. • A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 60% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or result in refusal of service.
