Consultation Services
Consultations are required to ensure clear communication, realistic expectations, and hair integrity. No services are performed during consultations. Basic Hair Consultation (15–20 min | $25): For clients unsure what service to book. We discuss hair goals, condition, maintenance, and pricing. Not for major color or chemical changes. Color & Chemical Consultation (30 min | $45 – Patch Test Required): Required for new color, lightening, relaxers, keratin, or major chemical services. Hair history, integrity, and expectations are reviewed. A patch and/or strand test will be performed when necessary. Services will not be scheduled without consultation clearance. Wedding Consultation (30–45 min | $50): Required for bridal and special event services. Includes discussion of vision, inspiration, timeline, trials, scheduling, and pricing.
